Extension & Renovation project St Neots

This renovation project in Walberswick was a delight to work on. The clients came to us on recommendation by a friend as a one-stop shop for design, fit out and all their construction needs.

The project involved using the existing footprint of the building, extending it by more than 50% and in doing so remodelling the dwelling into a stunning property.

We used state of the art sustainable and renewable technology; an air source heat pump, solar thermal panels and PV panels, all discretely installed out of sight. We also used wet under-floor heating and a heat recovery system, which combined to help reduce the client’s carbon footprint, dependence on non-renewable energy and most of all energy bills.

The renovation project included creating a grand open plan Kitchen, which included major structural works, aluminium Bifold doors both internally and externally. We designed, supplied and installed 3 wetroom Ensuites, a cloakroom and a luxurious hotel inspired master bathroom that boasts both character and comfort. A library, study, art room and a beautiful lounge. The use of state of the art audio-visual equipment and specialist lighting all added to the ‘wow’ factor of the finished renovation.
